Our Mission
Infinite Potential Coaching & Consulting LLC is an ICF-certified professional and life coaching firm founded by Dr. Aisha Monroe, based in Douglasville, Georgia. We serve clients globally via secure virtual sessions in both English and Spanish.
Our mission is to create transformative coaching experiences that empower individuals to discover their purpose, build resilience, and achieve extraordinary outcomes through evidence-based methodology combined with genuine spiritual grounding.
Meet the Founder
Dr. Aisha Monroe
Founder / Lead Coach
When she was 10 years old, Dr. Monroe had a vivid experience that set the course of her life. Opening her mother's Bible randomly, the first verse she read was "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9). From that moment, she understood that peacemaker was God's purpose for her.
Her journey took her through a B.A. in Science, a master's degree in Organizational Leadership, and into a career enforcing civil rights at city and federal levels. Along the way, she discovered her leadership style as a servant leader and realized that her deepest fulfillment came from helping others grow.
Choosing a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she became a PhD candidate while simultaneously enrolling in an ICF Certification Program. In 2025, after a challenging career transition, she returned to her roots, choosing to pause, take a deep breath, and focus completely on her calling.
