Our Mission
Infinite Potential Coaching & Consulting LLC is a professional and life coaching firm founded by Nancy Rivera-White, based in Douglasville, Georgia. We serve clients globally via secure virtual sessions in both English and Spanish.
Our mission is to create transformative coaching experiences that empower individuals to discover their purpose, build resilience, and achieve extraordinary outcomes through evidence-based methodology combined with genuine spiritual grounding.
Meet the Founder
Nancy Rivera-White
Founder / Lead Coach
Nancy Rivera-White is a research and program evaluation professional with over 15 years of experience across federal, municipal, and nonprofit environments. A peacemaker at heart, she has dedicated her career to promoting transformation, equity, and renewal.
Her journey took her through a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and into a distinguished career enforcing civil rights — from supervising compliance at the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations to conducting program evaluations at HUD and FEMA. Along the way, she discovered her deepest fulfillment came from helping others grow into their full potential.
Now pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at National University and a certified Life Coach through the Life Mastery Institute, Nancy chose to channel her decades of experience into founding Infinite Potential Coaching. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings evidence-based coaching grounded in faith, resilience, and a deep commitment to serving others.
